About the NZ Branch:
Established 7 years ago to support Australian customers, the NZ branch offers bespoke 3PL services, critical same-day transport, and planned overnight transport nationwide. Conveniently located in Penrose, the team has grown from 4 to 9 members in the past 18 months, with significant growth still ahead.

The Role:
We’re seeking a Customer Operations Lead for their dynamic Auckland team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Penrose, with ample growth opportunities. Due to the critical nature of this business, work-from-home arrangements are not possible.

Responsibilities include:
  • Resolving customer queries via phone and email
  • Monitoring critical transport bookings
  • Managing reverse logistics for medical loan kits
  • Providing Sales and Business Development support
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Acting as a backup to the Auckland Operations Manager
  • Taking full ownership of the Customer Service function

The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Experience in logistics, particularly point-to-point or time-critical transport
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Good knowledge of the NZ map and hospital locations
  • Familiarity with import/export processes
