The role
A business development management role with a difference. Commercial Manager is a strategic level BDM, also responsible for a small team of KAMs and their direct reports. The objective is to manage and develop this team, as well as driving the profitability of the business through strategic sales.
ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE:
- Strong knowlege/experience in bulk transport

- Strong sales drive - business growth focus
- High level of Business/Sales acumen
- Management ability/experience of a small team
- Strategic agility
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Self-motivation/drive and ability to manage time well for optimal profitability
