About the Role: Working alongside 3 Key Account Managers providing customer service support to a portfolio of corporate accounts.
- Looking after retail and industrial customers by phone/email
- Being the go-to for customers for all their import bookings
- Looking after a portfolio of large corporate accounts
- Booking import orders with overseas offices and following through
- Building strong relationships with your customers
- Customer reporting
- 3+ years international freight, specifically customer service or import operations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Opportunities for continued growth within the business
- Fresh fruit provided 2 x a week
- Doctor on site on a weekly basis
