Position Summary:
As a Temporary Claims Administrator, you will assume a pivotal role in delivering precise and consistent customer service, with a primary responsibility for processing claims efficiently. Your contributions are paramount in maintaining their reputation for excellence and their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking candidates with prior experience in claims administration, or customer service, or accounts receivable. Strong analytical skills are a prerequisite, and familiarity with systems such as SAP or Salesforce is advantageous, though not mandatory. Effective communication and a task-oriented approach are also highly valued.
