With this geographic footprint and increasing demand, the business is positioned to considerably scale its operations and enhance global service delivery.
The Role
This newly created role of Chief Operating Officer will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Group. As a key member of the executive team, you will enhance operational performance in New Zealand, Canada and Australia and build alignment with strategic objectives.
You will:
- Lead and support the senior leaders in the Overhaul and Field Service business units, driving efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.
- Build scalable systems, processes and team capability to deliver consistency and excellence across locations.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO and executive team to optimise resources, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance.
- Champion a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Travel regularly across business units to foster relationships, culture and operational excellence.
