With ambitious expansion plans, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales of their international freight services and at the same time help shape the future of the sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities in international freight forwarding.
Developing tailored logistics solutions for clients, integrating IT systems where needed.
Managing and growing relationships with existing and potential customers.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Contributing to strategic growth initiatives and future sales team development.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven track record in freight forwarding sales (international focus preferred).
✔ Experience in solution selling within International freight or Courier
✔ Ability to engage at all levels, from SMEs to large corporate clients.
✔ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
