The Role
This is a standout opportunity for a commercially minded, proactive sales professional who loves the challenge of business development. You’ll be energised by uncovering new opportunities, expanding current accounts and responding to strong inbound interest. Success in this role hinges on your ability to sell solutions, not just products, understanding client needs, influencing decision-makers and partnering with customers to deliver real value.
You’ll report directly to the MD (a great operator) and be backed by technical specialists, operations, and fellow sales team members. There’s a clear strategy for growth, solid investment and a strong support system in place.
The territory covers Auckland and surrounding areas, with around 3 nights of travel per month.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in B2B sales of technical, telco, electronics, or system based solutions
- Familiarity with sectors such as transport, construction, manufacturing, warehousing, council, forestry or events
- A solution selling mindset, able to uncover pain points and shape tailored solutions
- A technical and inquisitive mind - you don't need to be an engineer, but you’re comfortable engaging on technical topics
- Self-starter attitude with a collaborative, team-first approach
