SHIFT HOURS: SUNDAY 8.30am -5.30pm and Mon - Thu 1pm - 9pm with an on-call duty rostered once in every 3 weeks

About the Role:
An Operations Co-ordinator - Airfreight Import & Export role with a difference. Due to the nature of the goods, being concise and precise is of utmost importance. Your responsibilities will include arranging collection and delivery of shipments, processing job orders, liaising with customers, agents, carriers, and overseas branch offices, monitoring shipments, solving an issue before it happens and providing cost estimates. There is a good mix of desk-bound and out and about in this role, as you will be helping in the warehouse and also picking up deliveries as part of your day.

Culture Skills & Experience:
You will have at least 2 years of airfreight - Import and Export - in the freight forwarding industry ideally, but if you have worked for a goods service handling their shipments, that will be sufficient as training will be given. Customs pin would be beneficial but not essential. You will have the ability to multi-task, take ownership, be responsible, accountable and professional.
