About the role:
Working around 30 hours per week (potentially up to 40 for the right person), the role primarily focuses on accounts support, along with office coordination, general admin and some light compliance duties.
Key duties to start:
- Entering overhead AP invoices into CargoWise
- Debtor allocations and daily bank reconciliations
- Preparing weekly and monthly payment batches for processing
- Assisting with office operations – ordering supplies, coordinating travel, updating records
- Supporting compliance and health & safety admin
- Helping the team stay organised and running smoothly
- Prior AP/AR experience (freight or CargoWise exposure a plus)
- Detail-focused with good systems skills – Excel confidence is useful
- Comfortable working independently and using initiative
- Keen to grow your skillset over time
