The Company:

This well-established company is kiwi owned and offers international freight services to its customers. This funky office has a great atmosphere and is located in the CBD, onsite parking is on offer!

The role:

This accounts role is ideal for someone who would want to work for 25 hours a week, you will have previous experience with the majority of the duties below.

The duties:

Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Accessing and reconciling/balancing bank and credit card statements.

Preparing cash flow reports. Preparing and sending out debtor statements.

Chasing debtors on overdue accounts.

Loading creditor payments into the system and in the bank account.

Assisting with invoicing of jobs.

Preparing trial balances and monthly job P&L reports.

Liaising directly with our software provider - Cargowise, on any account's issues.

Preparing accounts for 2 monthly GST returns.

Preparing month end accounts.

Preparing accounts for financial year end.

Filing of creditor invoices and receipts.

Managing petty cash.

Managing account queries from both customers and suppliers.

Loading and submitting pay runs into the SmartPayroll system.

Managing and loading staff leave in the payroll system.

General office admin such as ordering supplies, answering phone calls, etc.
