Each client has their own dedicated Account Manager. This Account Manager is a hands on operator who will handle all their shipments, from order placement - track n trace - arrival - customs clear delivery. They are a family friendly company with a work hard rewarded well culture.
About the Role
It is an internal Account Management role however you will enjoy getting out and visiting with the customers twice a year.
Customers are King and that is why they have dedicated Account Managers who will ensure everything from order placement through to delivery and invoicing is done smoothly and that the customers are being communicated with regularly.
They have 95% Imports 5% Exports
A customs pin is beneficial but not essential

Skills & Experience
5 years International Freight experience, ideally an all-rounder with either client or senior customer services. operations or account management.
A customs pin beneficial too but not essential. Key is that the person loves taking ownership of their day and loves keeping the customers informed and helping them out.
