The Role
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a seasoned 3PL operations leader to make a significant impact. You will work closely with the Global GM to drive performance, build leadership capability, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
You’ll begin by leading the Melbourne operation, based in Altona North, before broadening your influence across the company’s global network. This role spans finance, sales, people, safety, and reporting, while also coaching and elevating the local leadership team in areas such as commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and client management.
Skills & Experience
We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a strong background in 3PL or complex supply chain environments. Key attributes include:
- Proven warehouse leadership and operational management experience (ideally in 3PL)
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and onboard new business
- Solid grasp of warehouse operations, process design, and layout optimisation
- Track record in improving warehouse productivity (e.g. ABC analysis, time and motion studies, freight modelling)
- Analytical mindset with experience in audits, process improvement, and methodologies such as Six Sigma
- Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex problems and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Comfortable working with data and systems, intermediate Excel skills and a willingness to adopt and champion digital tools

- Engaged with emerging technologies in warehousing such as automation, pick-to-light, robotics, and scanning
- Passionate about coaching and people development, with experience in training, mentoring, and succession planning
The Right Candidate
You're a strategic, hands-on leader who combines influence with humility. You take pride in developing people, improving systems, and making things better; whether that’s in the warehouse or the boardroom. You value clear communication, follow-through, and continuous improvement. Tech-curious and commercially savvy, you thrive in dynamic environments where you can shape the future of operations while building capability in those around you.
What’s In It For You
Join a forward-thinking, fast-scaling company that offers genuine career development and the opportunity to shape a global logistics network. You’ll be part of a business that embraces innovation, invests in technology, and supports bold ideas; while giving you the platform to grow into a global leadership role with real influence.
