The Company: A New Zealand owned International Freight Forwarding and 3PL company who are part of a large well established organisation.  Their small team in Auckland specialises in storage and moving perishable goods both locally and internationally.

The Role: Due to an internal promotion we are now seeking a 3PL Administrator to process and manage all administration tasks relating to the distribution of local FMCG orders.

Duties include:
  • Processing customer orders against stock in the system
  • Working closely with the store team regarding daily orders 
  • Liaising with cartage companies 
  • Producing daily manifests
  • Stock management
  • Customer reports
  • Arranging claims
  • End of month billing
Experience:
  • 3PL / Warehousing administration or customer service 
  • Strong administration 
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Flexible and has the ability to work in other areas of the business
