Marie identified recruitment as being her ideal job early in her career. Her natural ability to build long-lasting relationships, and the passion for helping people reach their potential resulted in a very successful recruitment career – eventually co-owning an agency. It was here that Marie and Linda met, and hatched a plan to build their own business using their combination of freight and recruitment knowledge. That was 1995, and Team Recruitment has gone from strength to strength since then.
Now, as Managing Director, Marie shares the passion for what she does, helping to guide and mentor recruiters in the business to love what they do too. She continues to nurture and build strong relationships with clients and candidates, many of whom she now regards as friends.
