You’ll be leading a modern, food-grade warehouse in Onehunga, with around 9,000–10,000 pallet spaces.
The facility is purpose-built and well kitted out with quality equipment and set up for efficient flow. 

What’s involved:
End-to-end warehouse leadership across a high-performing site
Managing daily operations, inventory accuracy, and workflow optimisation
Leading, coaching and holding your team accountable to clear standards
Driving a strong compliance culture across food-grade and MPI requirements
Owning audits and ensuring the site is always inspection-ready
Working closely with key customers and internal stakeholders
Identifying improvements and lifting performance as the business scales

What we’re looking for:
Proven warehouse leadership experience in a similar environment
Strong understanding of compliance, audits, and food-grade standards
Confident running structured, process-driven operations
Experience with RF scanning and warehouse systems
Someone who leads from the front and isn’t afraid to get into the detail
A steady operator who can build a team culture and lift performance
