The Role:
We have an exciting fulltime opportunity for a highly energetic, bright, dependable, safety focused Store person to join our friendly dedicated team in Penrose. This role is Monday-Friday 5 Days per week with over time available during busy periods compulsory. You will be supported by management and your team with huge career progression opportunities!
You will be required to keep up with the team, whilst adhering to safety and quality standards. Ideally, you will be proactive, good at communicating and a team player, always looking for the next opportunity to help.
We want all-rounder's that can help in other areas of the business when required.
About You:
- Be physically fit (some heavy lifting involved)
- Be able to explain and communicate effectively
- Have own transport and minimum of a restricted license (full license preferred)
- A qualification in or previous experience in warehousing/ logistics/ stores
- Be computer literate
- A current forklift licence
- Used freeman/mainfreight system
It would be advantageous to have:
- RF scanning experience
- MPI Accredited Person accreditation
- Machine Operating experience
- A current Reach hoist and Counterbalance forklift license
- Paper clamp hoist experience
You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, numeracy and literacy testing as well as have a criminal record background check.
You will have good work history and minimum of 2 references
