About the Role
The vacancy is for a Customer Service star who is able to handle the myriad calls and queries throughout the day for the dispatch team. There is a requirement to also fill in for the dispatchers when they are on their breaks or away from work, so training in dispatch will be given. Hours are 9-5.30. Location: Onehunga
Skills & Experience
- Initiative, ability to think on your feet
- Problem solving
- You could be someone who has fleet exposure so you understand trucks and vans or maybe come from strong customer service background
- Dispatch experience ideal but not essential
- Exposure to the transport or courier industry with general understanding of trucks and vans in point to point.
