What’s involved?
You will be our go-to person for international freight talent, with a dual focus on acquiring new applicants and nurturing our highly valued existing talent.
 
You'll collaborate with our most senior recruiter and two others to fill roles. We will assist you in developing creative ways to promote job opportunities, as well as conducting comprehensive interviews and candidate profiles.
 
You'll benefit from using the best recruiting technology, which automates mundane tasks, freeing you up to focus on our interpersonal processes.
 
 
A bit about you...
This position is frequently used as a stepping-stone to senior recruiting, and many of our employees began here, so we understand what it takes to succeed.  They've come from teaching, human resources, customer service, or retail, so we're open to your background if you have time for people but can get to the point quickly and uncover what others often miss!
 
We see you as someone who is well-balanced, observant, activity-focused, and capable of meeting deadlines. Our team works quickly and efficiently, so you’ll also know when to push back and forward!
