We’re looking for a leader who can step into that environment, bring structure, build capability through others, and drive real improvement on the floor.
What’s involved:
You’ll take responsibility for a large-scale warehouse operation, leading through a layer of Team Leaders across two shifts.
Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders to lift overall site performance
Drive productivity improvements across inbound, outbound and inventory
Support the implementation of a new WMS and embed new processes into the operation
Create structure, accountability and consistency across teams
Manage performance, engagement and culture across a large workforce
Play a key role in a major site relocation and operational reset
This is a role where success comes from your ability to lead through others, not just do it yourself.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll bring a balance of operational depth, systems thinking and people leadership.
Proven experience leading warehouse or logistics operations at scale
Strong track record managing leaders, not just direct teams
Experience improving productivity, processes and site performance
Exposure to WMS/ERP systems and system implementation or optimisation
Confident handling performance management and difficult conversations
Able to bring structure, clarity and direction in a changing environment
