This small locally owned business has two divisions: packaging and document destruction. Conveniently located in Glendene, the team works together to achieve great outcomes for their customers. Many existing staff members are celebrating long tenures in excess of 15-20 years!
About the Role
This is a role with huge variety, across the warehousing, logistics, and transport functions. You'll also be across the purchasing and health & safety for the business.
Some of the tasks will include:
- leading a team of 11 people
- stock control
- coordinating the safe storage and transport of product
Hours:
Monday to Friday
8am - 4.30pm, usually with a 4pm finish on Friday

Who are you?
You're an experienced leader who enjoys variety and working with a small team. We're looking for someone who has the following:
- previous experience leading a team in a warehouse or transport operation
- inventory management experience
- exceptional communication skills
- proven time management abilities
- problem solving skills
This role would suit someone with a flexible approach to their daily tasks, who wants to add value to the team with a continuous improvement approach.
