Their small team is dedicated to putting their customers first as well as operating in a way that minimizes the impact on the environment.
About the Role
Coming from a shipping or exporting background you'll be responsible for the cost-effective management of shipping and general logistics.
Managing all export shipments including budgeting and executing strategic shipping plans. You'll have knowledge about shipping and documentation processes from start to finish.
This is a supervisory role so you'll also be responsible to manage performance processes and staff training requirements.

Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 - 5 years in shipping / operations
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Relationship management skills
• Knowledge about booking systems / shipping lines
• Understanding of the shipping & export industry a must
