    About the Role: Managing a portfolio of Key Accounts providing services relating to their import air and seafreight requirements.

    • Looking after retail and industrial customers by phone/email
    • Booking import orders with overseas offices and coordinating space
    • Building strong relationships with your customers
    • Customer reporting
    Experience:
    • 3+ years international freight, specifically customer service or import operations
    • Cargowise 
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
