HR Generalist to handle all aspects of HR including employee relations, remuneration, project planning, organisational developemnt and change management.
Work for a leading organisation working with the Ports in Wellington, reporting to HR Manager in Tauranga. Partner with regional operations to provide expert support and advice in all areas of staff employment.
Responsible for deploying HR strategy plan across relevant business areas, whilst managing HR related activities
Role involves coaching, implementation, support and advice on HR matters, building partnerships within the business.
You need to be:
Experienced in HR ideally from a large industrial based organisation - not essential - with across the board experience in the areas listed above.
