This is a strategic sales role focused on securing and growing Enterprise-level customers across freight, transport and supply chain solutions.
You’ll be targeting larger organisations with more sophisticated requirements, selling tailored, end-to-end solutions rather than transactional services.

What you’ll be doing:
Identifying and winning new Enterprise customers across key sectors
Building and managing a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
Engaging senior stakeholders across operations, procurement and leadership
Leading consultative sales processes with longer, more complex deal cycles
Shaping customised logistics solutions that deliver real commercial value
Partnering closely with operations to ensure delivery matches what’s been sold

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a true business development / hunter role
Background in freight, logistics, supply chain or a related B2B solution environment
Experience selling into Enterprise or mid-large customers
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to sell value, not price
Resilience, drive and the ability to build a market from scratch
A natural relationship builder who can influence at all levels
