We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy, high-performing operations team.

What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries
Taking a phone-first approach; calling to resolve issues quickly, then confirming via email
Managing day-to-day service requests across transport and logistics operations
Building strong relationships with customers through clear, confident communication
Working closely with operations to ensure smooth, on-time delivery
Learning systems, processes and how the business runs end-to-end

Someone who is comfortable on the phone and enjoys talking to people
Proactive and solutions-focused; you don’t wait around for things to happen
Resilient, with the ability to handle pressure and demanding situations
Strong communicator with good common sense and urgency
