What you’ll be doing
- Driving new business across the Auckland region
- Cold calling, prospecting, and building a strong sales pipeline
- Managing the full sales cycle — from first contact through to close
- Preparing proposals and tender submissions
- Targeting new clients across multiple sectors
- Maintaining CRM activity and forecasting
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record in new business development / hunting roles
- Strong cold calling and prospecting capability
- Confident communicator with commercial acumen
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and results-focused
- Experience in service-based industries (cleaning, facilities, or similar) is advantageous
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
