The business is in the wholesale/retail industry and they are looking to add to their team a quality phone-based BDM who is experienced in building business, especially by phone. Not straight telesales this, it will require a good understanding of the difference between business development and telesales actually. Going after leads and understanding the industry will go hand in hand.
As well as being an experienced new business sales person, you will also have the typical sales hunter profile - i.e. a go-getter, target driven, self motivated and extremely proactive.
The role is 3 days a week and there is room for further flexibility around start and finishing time here too, although ideally 8.30-5 would be the preferred hours across the middle of the week.
