We’re recruiting for a Branch Manager to take full ownership of a large, high-performing Auckland transport and logistics operation. This is a critical leadership role within a fast-paced environment turning over significant weekly revenue and running close to 24/6.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. You’ll be out on the floor, in the yard, with the team, setting the tone and driving standards. At the same time, you’ll be comfortable stepping into customer conversations and contributing at a commercial level.
What you’ll be doing:
Running the Auckland branch end-to-end with full accountability for performance
Leading a team of 40 across operations and drivers
Driving service, cost control, and operational efficiency across a busy metro PUD network
Being highly visible on the floor, lifting performance and holding standards
Building strong customer relationships and supporting commercial outcomes
Managing a complex, high-volume depot from early morning deliveries through to evening processing
Playing a key role in planning and transitioning to a new Auckland facility within the next 18 months
