The Role
As an Area Manager / Business Development Manager, you’ll be out on the streets every day, calling on small to medium sized businesses and selling a very needed service. Your day will take you from engaging with GMs of medium sized businesses through to owner operators of local stores.
This is a true new business acquisition role you create your own success through consistent activity, smart targeting, and strong relationship building


What’s On Offer
  • Base salary: $85,000
  • Car allowance: $17,500 (paid weekly)
  • Commission: Very lucrative and totally uncapped
  • Realistic OTE: $160k+ (based on current performers)

About You
You’re a natural hunter who thrives in an autonomous role and loves the chase.
  • Proven success in route trade / field sales environments.
    • (Food Service, Beverage, FMCG route sales, similar)
  • Comfortable speaking with everyone from corner store owners to GMs
  • Highly self driven, organised and disciplined
  • High energy, resilient, goal focused, and hungry to earn
  • Strong IQ and EQ you read people well and adapt quickly
  • Focused on results and building long term value for both yourself and the business
