We aim to make your job easier…

To add real value to our clients, it is imperative to really truly deliver exceptional customer service and in order to do this – we fully immerse ourselves in our clients’ business and make sure we know their industry inside out.

We are in business ourselves
We have to attract employees and we have to retain them. This part of any business can be a challenge. But our average length of service is six years – we know how to employ and how to retain great staff and we happily share this with our clients.

Another helpful act is that we have built up great relationships with other ‘like minded’ agencies to cast the candidate net even wider…

How we charge
Times have changed and we know it is important to offer flexible fee structures. With this in mind, we have put together three pricing options;

  1. Percentage of salary
  2. Fixed price
  3. Retainer basis

We have an individual services based pricing so you pay for the solution and service rather than the full service.

The overall message was that our clients have a genuine trust and a warm business relationship with all of our team. That’s pretty heartening stuff.
